  • Assist in determining the sale/lease Rates.

  • Provide a detailed marketing package.

  • List your property on Loopnet/Costar to market your property to the directly brokerage community.

  • Broadcast your property sale/lease to our database of restaurant property owners, investors, tenants and the brokerage community.

  • Provide detailed review of all purchase/lease offers.

  • Negotiate all key business terms contained in the purchase contract/lease.

  • Thoroughly represent your interests throughout the real estate sale/lease process.

Business Sales

  • Assist in determining the Sale Price.

  • Provide a detailed marketing package to include Demographic Report, Photographs, Financial Statements, and Executive Summary.
